Auditory Modeling based on Artificial Intelligence

Human musicality is widely theorized to have evolved from the perception and interpretation of nature sounds and human vocalizations. Building on this perspective, we investigate whether artificial auditory models can develop musically relevant representations when trained exclusively on non-musical auditory inputs.
